Junior players (under 18)

Where a player is under 18, we collect registration and emergency contact information from a parent or guardian, who provides consent on the player's behalf. We only ask for health information that's genuinely needed to run sessions safely (e.g. relevant medical conditions or allergies), and we review and refresh this annually. Coaches working regularly with children hold up-to-date DBS checks.

Who we share it with

We share personal data with:

  • Our court booking and membership management platform

  • Our payment processor

  • Our providers for padel coaching

  • Professional advisers (accountant, insurer) where necessary

  • The emergency services, if needed for someone's safety

We don't sell your personal data. Where any of these providers are based outside the UK, we make sure an appropriate legal safeguard is in place.  There is more information in our Data Protection Policy.

How long we keep it

Booking and financial records are kept for as long as required for accounting purposes; junior health information is refreshed and old versions deleted annually; CCTV is normally kept for 30 days.

Marketing

We'll only send you marketing emails or texts if you've consented, or if you're an existing customer and we're telling you about similar services (with an easy opt-out on every message). You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link, by replying STOP, or by contacting us directly — this won't affect essential booking or account communications.

Your rights

You have the right to: be informed how we use your data; access the data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; ask us to delete your data; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these, contact info@reboundpadel.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
