BEHIND REBOUND PADEL:
We founded the family business in 2024, with a lifelong love for racket sports. Whether that’s playing professionally, coaching, or being involved behind the scenes.
Padel felt like a breath of fresh air coming compared to more traditional racket sports. We felt it could be a real opportunity to combine our passions with a project we could all be proud of.
The word ‘community’ gets thrown around a lot in Padel. So that makes our aim simple: we shouldn’t even have to say the word at all. It should come across in everything that we do, on and off the court.

MEET THE TEAM
AVI
Operations
Former professional doubles badminton player, once ranked 103 in the world, now all‑in on padel. With experience of managing padel clubs and a passion for coaching, expect to see him both on court and around the club, making sure you feel supported from day one.
Rohan
Business Development
A strong background in management consulting. His focus is twofold: shaping our strategy & growth and improving our players’ experience by finding the best products and partners. He has made it his personal mission to keep the glass clean so expect to see him with his bucket and sponge!
Arun
Finance
30 years of financial experience in large and small retail businesses…the fun never stops! He keeps us on budget and in check when our ideas get too whacky!
LOOKING AHEAD:
Our focus is on making Rebound Padel Royston the best it can be. We do, however, have an eye on the future. If you think you may have a suitable site such as old Tennis courts or underused parking, please get in touch on royston@reboundpadel.co.uk
